Essex Girls

Essex Girls - Laura Ziepe I enjoyed this, a nice light read, would make a perfect holiday read.

Too Close for Comfort

Too Close for Comfort - Adam Croft Quite good for a short story.

Love, Sex and Tesco's Finest Cava

Love, Sex and Tesco's Finest Cava - Steve Carter Good book this, a really funny read, a boy meets girl and they have a relationship but told from the mans point of view. A male version of chick lit!!

STUMPED

STUMPED - Dick T. Gear Something a bit different!!

My Perfect Wedding (Helen Grey, #2)

My Perfect Wedding (Helen Grey, #2) - Sibel Hodge I loved this book, Helen Greg is a slightly ditzy character but not so much that you think she's a moron. You have to be careful with this kind of character but Hodge has got her perfect! A brilliant laugh out loud book that I really recommend.

The Hating Game

The Hating Game - Talli Roland I enjoyed this even if it was a bit predictable and the main character slightly annoying! A perfect read for curling up on a winters day.

50 Ways to Hex Your Lover (Jazz Tremaine, #1)

50 Ways to Hex Your Lover (Jazz Tremaine, #1) - Linda Wisdom This book took a while to get into, some of the characters were hilarious, I want a Fluff & Puff!! I think the best way to describe this book is a paranormal comical chick lit!!

13 Little Blue Envelopes (Little Blue Envelope, #1)

13 Little Blue Envelopes - Maureen Johnson Not a bad little read, not thrilling but not exactly chick lit either!
100RPM - One Hundred Stories Inspired By Music - Caroline Smailes, Nik Kershaw, Rowan Coleman, Nik Perring, , Cally Taylor, Sara Crowley, Jessica Patient, Theresa Milstein, Máire Carr, Angi Holden, Matthew Borgard, Stephen Shieber, Nasim Marie Jafry, Sylvia Petter, Angela Readman, Ray Robinson, Katie Gunn, Angela Powers, Not really my thing, stories of 100 words, an OK book to dip in and out of I suppose!

The Casual Vacancy

The Casual Vacancy - J.K. Rowling Unsure on this one, plot seemed a bit silly most of the characters were hateful & what a depressing ending!! I was strangely drawn to it though ...

Sorting Out Billy

Sorting Out Billy - Jo Brand Not a bad read, funny in places but quite an outlandish plot!!

The Hunger Games

The Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins I quite enjoyed this book, not as much as some people but I think I had a bit of trouble visualising scenes in the book as they are set in the future, not a subject I've read much about!

Someone to Love Us: The shocking true story of two brothers fostered into brutality and neglect

Someone to Love Us: The shocking true story of two brothers fostered into brutality and neglect - Terence O'Neill This was a good book. It was written by someone from my home town but they used the real names, streets etc so it was strange reading about places I know well!!

Me Before You

Me Before You - Jojo Moyes I can only describe this as a must read! Fabulous and amazing. Try not to read any reviews of the book, I never and glad I didn't as I found this would have spoilt the story for me slightly.

Madeleine: Our Daughter's Disappearance and the Continuing Search for Her

Madeleine: Our Daughter's Disappearance and the Continuing Search for Her - Kate McCann, Gerry McCann This was such a sad read at times, while I think they made a very stupid choice in leaving the kids alone, there is only one guilty party! A good insight into what they've had to live with since that awful day.

The Cupid Effect

The Cupid Effect - Dorothy Koomson Not the strongest of books by Koomson, I didn't enjoy it much as there seemed no story to it until the very end. I wouldn't recommend this book
