I wasn't too sure about this book when I read the sypnosis but decided to give it a go and I'm glad I did. Amber Fox is an endearing, vulnerable character. The story is full of giggles, everytime I read the name Umberto Fandango was choking back the laughter. The characters were believable, some of the scrapes they got into were hysterical. Hodge has a fab way with words, reading one of her books is like having a natter with your best mate.
The thing I loved about this book is that for a busy mum like me it was a book that could be picked up at anytime, even for a quick 5 minute read and I would dive straight back into the story.
I recommend this book.
